Altho this presentation is for Mesa neighborhood residents it is open to the public. It will be held inside the Moorten Botanical Garden at the corner of El Camino and S. Palm Canyon. There is plenty of parking if you’re coming from outside the immediate neighborhood.
Jane Garrison will present. There will be pastries, coffee and juice available.
Brian Douglas and Jim Hodgkins who own one of the Bob Hope houses at 1188 El Alameda in the Movie Colony in Palm Springs will host this Save Oswit Event.
At the home you will be able to see select memorabilia owned by Bob Hope and carefully preserved by these men.

Dead or Alive Wine Bar at 150 E Palm Canyon Dr, Palm Springs, California 92264
On Thursdays, Dead or Live Wine Bar (next to El Mirasol South) has ‘Thankful Thursdays’. This coming Thursday, Nov 7, 33% of their profits will go toward Saving Oswit Canyon. Chef Tanya Petrovna from Chef Tanya’s Kitchen (https://cheftanyaskitchen.com) will be providing free bites. You purchase a glass of wine. Please come and help support us.
We will be marching in the Pride Parade this day. Look for our banner for Save Oswit Canyon. We’ll be handing out cards asking for donations. We encourage you to march with us. If you’d like to, we’re float number 175. We assemble at 10:15am at Tachevah Rd. where the rest of the floats and marchers will assemble.

Hot Purple Energy is hosting a super fun bike ride, which will start at H3K Design studio at 501 S. Palm Canyon Dr. It will end at the William Holden Estate in Deepwell at 1330 S. Manzanita Av.
Once at the Holden Estate, your small donation of $50 will let you in to the home for a tour. All proceeds for this event go toward helping Save Oswit Canyon.
